Who runs Square Pegs?

Laura-Anne

Laura-Anne Williams - Founder

Oh hi!

I’m Laura-Anne, a little chaos demon who decided I needed some business buddies to play with, so I started Square Pegs. I’ve been running my social media business since 2019, all while managing my collection of chronic illnesses (fibromyalgia, PCOS, adenomyosis and endometriosis, thank you for asking!) and juggling my dyslexia and dyscalculia.

I’ve been networking for yeeeeaaars now, and my absolute favourite people to giggle with like naughty kids in the corner have always been like me: squiggly-brained, and a bit bloody tired. Rather than carrying guilt for being a bit disruptive at “serious business events”, I thought, why not create a space for the  neurospicy/neurosparkly? So, this is it!

Sarah Wood

Sarah Wood, CTO and Tech Wizard

Hiya!

I’m Sarah, Web specialist, IT person and all-round geek.

I’ve been chronically ill for 30 years, and recently discovered that the reason for feeling so odd all these years, was the undiagnosed Autism & ADHD. Who knew that not everyone has a favourite spoon!

It’s my job to turn Laura-Anne’s visions into 1s and 0s and keep the website running.

When not telling Laura-Anne, that, no, she can’t have the web page do that, I am usually found buried under a pile of Magic the Gathering cards, or surrounded by yarn and crochet hooks, muttering untap, upkeep, draw.

Ann Little

Ann Little, COO and Laura-Wrangler

Hi, I’m Ann!

Certified OBM®, strategic sidekick, ADHD brain-haver, and proud Weird Zebra (if you know, you know). I spend my days helping ambitious, squiggly-brained business owners turn big, messy ideas into actual finished things, minus the burnout.

I’m all about plans and structure, with a good helping of kindness. And a little (OK, a lot) of swearing. Because running a business with an ADHD brain is hard enough without trying to do it all on vibes and sticky notes.

Fun fact: I’ve walked on fire three times. Which feels pretty on-brand for a woman who now helps others walk through the hard stuff, without getting burned.

I'm in, what do I do next?
